More about Gabrielle
I was born in New York City to an American father and a French mother. From an early age, I lived between countries and cultures, carrying a deep sense of not fully belonging to any single place.
As a child, I felt different — hypersensitive, intuitive, and inwardly aware of realities beyond the visible world. I found refuge in art, imagination, and silence, yet a quiet loneliness accompanied my early years.
In my twenties, a traumatic event led me into what is often called a “dark night of the soul.” It was through this inner descent that a deeper awakening emerged.
Even as a child, I would sometimes experience moments of disembodiment where I would ask myself: Who is this person who is thinking? What am I doing here? What is this body? I had glimpsed the eternal Consciousness that we are. From that moment on, my intuitive and extrasensory perceptions reopened, and my spiritual path became central.
My journey led me to explore both light and shadow. I studied Fine Arts, then trained in therapeutic massage, hypnosis, and spiritual regression. I am certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists (USA) and trained in Dr. Michael Newton’s Life Between Lives protocol. For over a decade, I have accompanied individuals through deep processes of healing and inner transformation.
In 2010–2011, I spent time in Peru initiating into Shipibo shamanism and Amazonian plant medicine traditions, deepening my understanding of shadow integration and unconditional love as living forces within the human experience.
I am an artist, author, and spiritual teacher. In 2016, I published my first initiatory novel, The Sorcerer’s Cave, and I continue to paint, write, and explore consciousness as an embodied path.
I later published my second book, You Are the Light of the World (2024), a widely read spiritual work that has touched thousands of readers.
Structured as an inner journey, the book guides the reader through healing, self-realization, and the awakening of Divine Consciousness.
In 2015, following a vivid dream guidance, I was called to share my spiritual teachings publicly. Since then, I have been offering videos and transmissions online, gathering a large French-speaking audience while gradually expanding internationally.
I later founded The Ark of Light, an online spiritual community devoted to healing, awakening, and embodied consciousness.
Today, my work centers on one essential movement:
anchoring divine love into lived human experience.
My teachings are not about escaping the world —
but about remembering who we are, and embodying that truth fully.
With love,
Gabrielle
